4. Running PaPCo

In this chapter the functionality of PaPCo is explained by giving examples of the widgets you will encounter, and describing the action of each button or slider.

The top level widget is the widget that appears after you start PaPCo. All PaPCo functions are controlled via this window, it is here that your plot is ``composed'' and manipulated before it is actually drawn or plotted. For the following description of the various buttons refer to Figure 4.1.

The PaPCo main widget is divided into four parts. The top part contains all the Module Buttons PaPCo was configured with. The middle part contains a left hand side, which is the ``Control Panel'' and a right hand side, which is the ``Panel Composer''. The bottom part contains all the Action Buttons.
